Vintage Owl Rentals will collaborate with florists, event planners and family to bring an inspiration to life.  Set up, styling and arrangement fees apply to placement of Vintage Owl Rentals decor.


Design/Styling Fee : $100 per hour

(Site Visit Planning/ Counsel Meets/ Day of Set up, Flip, and Take Down)



After you’ve decided what you’d like to rent, we’ll send you an invoice and a service agreement. Vintage Owl Rentals requires a minimum rental amount of $250 with a 50% deposit/retainer (non-refundable) to reserve/book items.  The balance is due 14 days prior to your event.  We will contact you 48 hours before your event to go over last minute details. Additions only can be made up to 1 week prior to rental date.  



 Vintage Owl Rentals is located in Ventura, California. Each order will have a delivery fee that is determined based on quantity of items and distance from Ventura (specifically 93003). Local Delivery fees start at $75. Delivery to venues further than 50 miles from 93003 will require a minimum order of $500+ delivery fees. Vintage Owl Rentals reserves the right to determine the if pickup  (DIY transport of items) details are suitable. Cleaning fees will be added for tableware.
